An Instrument – All students regardless of instrument type must have their own instrument. If this is a problem please contact Mr. Casale. Email: [email protected]
Which Instruments? Band Instruments are as follows: Flute, Clarinet, Alto Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone and Percussion (Percussionist's changing this year need either a Bell Kit with mallets or a Snare Drum AND a practice pad with sticks. Students will be tested on bells and snare on their “Spot Checks Tests” in the percussion section.
Where Do I Get One? Instruments are available through Ricks Music, Robert’s Music and Musicians Corner. Please see attached sheet for location information. Do not go to a department store or online and expect to get a good instrument. These instruments are cheap for a reason. They are very often unplayable. If you do intend to buy one on-line please contact Mr. Casale with the website to ensure that the seller is reliable and reputable.
